Is the President and founder of WrightCo Environmental Solutions, Inc. Founded in 1991, WrightCo specializes in early care and education. We are a consulting firm that provides training, janitorial products, and professional maintenance services as part of a solution package. Professional designations include a Certificate in OSHA General Industry Trainer, Project Management, Cleaning Products Technology, and Certificate for Bidding and Estimating. Ron is a graduate of Wagner College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, with a minor in economics. He is a former Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer of major financial institution in New York.


MBA is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Business

MBA is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Business, majoring in Banking, Finance, and Investment. Mr. MONTGOMERY is a Vietnam Era veteran who served in the U.S. Air Force. As President and CEO of Emerging Business Group, Inc. he publishes the oldest weekly online community newspaper focused on the African American communities of Nassau and Suffolk Counties “The Community Journal”. He has collaborated with WrightCo Environmental Solutions on various projects since 1991.

Is a graduate of Wagner College with a Nursing Degree

Is a graduate of Wagner College with a Nursing Degree. She has over 40 years of experience as a professional nurse and has been a nurse consultant and trainer in the early care and education industry as well as having worked for a national managed care organization and several major medical centers in the New York and Long Island areas. Speaks French and Creole.

With a wealth of experience spanning many years in the education and cleaning industry. She has dedicated her career to equipping individuals with lifesaving skills. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her experience and educational background, having attended Dowling College."


Veteran of the cleaning industry

CARL HAMPDEN is a veteran of the cleaning industry with over 40 years of experience and has been the owner of his own business for more than 30 years. Mr. Hampden is the owner of Retail Maintenance Corp. and C & C Maintenance LLC, focused on early care and education facilities and retail store maintenance respectively. He is an expert in the areas of resilient floor maintenance, wood floor maintenance, carpet maintenance and general cleaning. He has been a strategic partner since our inception.

Director of Field Operations

Ronald M. Wright, 3rd, Director of Field Operations - Education at Bard College in Liberal Arts/Sociology, is a licensed barber, and has a background in physical fitness and dietary health. Two years as an associate with WrightCo as a consultant and trainer. Focusing on Head Start and NYC Health Department health and safety compliance and best practices; in addition to facility monitoring, green product sales, and maintenance services.
